Friday, lovely FridaySo the last friday prior to payday is upon us, everybody is all but flat broke and nobody is doing much this weekend - can't people budget just a little better? Or are we blaming the current economic downturn for this?
In my life this week, my Gran is back in hospital with Double Pneumonia. Apparently the Doc she visited thought she was well enough at the time for a Pneumonia and Flu shot. Apparently she wasn't. She's been in since Sunday.
My results have come back confirming mild to moderate NASH, and I've basically been given the next 4 months by the doctor to lose some weight, start eating right and get some decent exersize going. That's actually going quite well and I've lost over 3 kilograms in about as many weeks (small adjustments are the key, he said) and I've been putting on some really cool muscle mass with the set of weights I've bought for home
My most interesting piece of news must be the beautiful 2007 Triumph Daytona 675 I've now bought myself as a replacement for the GS. Two completely different bikes made for 2 completely different reasons. I'll try post a nice photo of her as soon as I get a chance.
